As a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the quality control of plant-based products in the food, cosmetics, and phytopharmaceutical sectors. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through various laboratory departments and learn about different chemical and physical analytical methods. Technical terms such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and gravimetry will soon become familiar. In the third and fourth years of your apprenticeship, you will further develop your existing expertise in instrumental analysis, the evaluation of chromographic data, and microbiology. FACTS AND FIGURES ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP: We offer this apprenticeship in Vestenbergsgreuth. The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years. With good academic and on-the-job performance, it can be shortened to 3 years. At the Vestenbergsgreuth location, vocational school takes place in Nuremberg one to three times a week. In addition, there is in-house training once a week for further study and exam preparation.
