How does a comprehensive quality management system work? And: How are products packaged professionally? These are just some of the questions that Food Technology Specialists (m/f/d) deal with. During their apprenticeship, Food Technology Specialists (m/f/d) primarily become familiar with all production facilities. Product development, the laboratory, and the workshop are also part of the apprenticeship. FACTS AND FIGURES ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP: We offer the apprenticeship in Alveslohe (near Hamburg). The apprenticeship lasts 3 years. At the end of the second year, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) examination for Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) is taken as part of the Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d) apprenticeship. Vocational school takes place in Neumünster in block release format. Exam preparation is also included. In addition to the training in Alveslohe, the trainees will spend at least 3 weeks at our headquarters in Vestenbergsgreuth.
