Job Description

Take a leap into a career – Swimming Pool Attendant. Did you just smile wearily at the idea of getting your swimming badge as a child? Was "deeper, further, higher" always your motto when it came to diving, swimming, and jumping? Since water is clearly your element, you should consider training as a swimming pool attendant. In this job, you'll make the swimming pool a safe and fun place for visitors. You'll maintain the equipment and ensure the water quality is consistently high. You'll also make sure the technology runs smoothly at all times. As a swimming pool attendant, you'll share your enthusiasm for the water with young and old by teaching swimming lessons, and nothing will escape your watchful eye during normal pool hours. From the poolside, you'll keep an eye on visitors, intervene in critical situations, and even treat minor injuries.
