As a trainee IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will work with your team providing daily support and processing incident reports. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ordering and providing IT equipment and ensuring users are properly trained in its use. You will assist with monitoring and installing updates on servers and server applications, configuring servers and application settings, and installing new hardware in the data center. After intensive training, handling inquiries related to various business applications, such as ERP and finance systems, will also become part of your responsibilities.
