Benefits

  • In addition, you will receive an annual bonus payment amounting to 90% of your monthly salary with your November training allowance.
  • Furthermore, you will receive asset-building benefits and the district will pay into the supplementary pension fund of the Bavarian municipalities for you from the age of 17.
  • Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a bonus of 400 euros.
  • You will receive 30 days of vacation per year during your apprenticeship. This vacation time must be used during your on-the-job training.
  • The working hours are 39 hours per week. Your working hours are fixed until you turn 18. Upon reaching the age of majority, you have the option of flexible working hours and can utilize the applicable flexitime agreement.
  • Every Wednesday afternoon there is a learning afternoon and a political hour where all trainees meet and learn together or work on projects.
  • The Berchtesgadener Land district provides training according to demand, meaning that only as many trainees are trained as can be employed after their training.
  • Continuing education and professional development are highly valued by the district. You are expected to continuously improve your skills in your field.

Job Description

Specialist for both the soft and the heavy lifting – IT Specialist for System Integration. Your friends spend a lot of time in front of the screen because they're gaming. You sit in front of the computer for hours because you're fascinated by technology. The endless world of IT and everything that goes with it has captivated you, and you can make money with it! As an IT Specialist for System Integration, you're the ultimate all-rounder in IT. You equip companies with hardware and the appropriate software, set up networks, and ensure that every employee can access the data relevant to them. To ensure no one is left staring helplessly at their laptop, you organize or conduct training sessions. As an IT Specialist for System Integration, you're also responsible for IT maintenance and the first point of contact for any problems. The on-the-job training takes place at the Berchtesgadener Land District Office. Here, trainees are primarily deployed in the areas of organization, central IT technology, and the municipal government network, thus gaining a comprehensive insight into the various fields of activity of our employees.
