Job Description

Office management assistants handle internal secretarial and administrative tasks and take on department-specific commercial and administrative duties. They manage correspondence and create statistics and files using computers. They also schedule appointments and organize workflows. Processing incoming and outgoing mail, customer service, and parts of human resources administration also fall within their responsibilities. Furthermore, they are entrusted with accounting tasks. Areas of work: -Public administration -Advocacy groups, associations, organizations -Universities, universities of applied sciences, vocational and technical academies -Healthcare -Radio and television stations
