Job Description

You'll be in daily contact with people and be their first point of contact for their diverse financial needs – both over the phone and online. Right from the start of your apprenticeship, you'll be supporting our customers, listening to their needs, and offering them suitable financial services based on your growing expertise. During your apprenticeship, you'll rotate through exciting departments, including the customer service center, digital sales, and sales management.
