Training Content

You will contribute to providing needs-based and situation-appropriate advice to members and customers.
Analyzing individual customer needs regarding insurance coverage is one of your other tasks.
Furthermore, you will implement contract amendments and measures for portfolio maintenance and contract preservation.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for reviewing claims and providing information on the scope of benefits.
You use the tools of accounting and the results of controlling.
You enjoy working in a team, process and project-oriented environment.
In addition, you will process claims in the various claims areas of ADAC insurance.
Independent project management and participation in various seminars, including those for acquiring social and methodological skills.
