Training Content

You will learn the basics of merchandise management – including ordering, assortment planning and product presentation, and inventory control.
You conduct consulting and sales conversations.
You will handle cashier duties, price merchandise, and process customer complaints.
You will get to know the back office areas in the customer information center.
You participate in regularly held training courses and workshops.
You'll get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS, then you can specialize in one of our 15 specialist departments.
In the first two years of your apprenticeship, you will also learn how to order goods and present them optimally.
In the third year of your apprenticeship, we will show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures.
