- Preparation of templates for administrative regulations, decisions and ordinances

Job Description
As a municipal administrative specialist, you will perform various tasks in the offices and agencies of a specific area. You will monitor compliance with applicable regulations and the implementation of official decisions within your area of responsibility. Key tools include administrative files and electronic data processing.
During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to handle various regulations and how to find the appropriate solution when needed. You will gain experience in several exciting areas of administration, such as the residents' registration office, the building authority, or the vehicle registration office. Parts of the apprenticeship also cover the structure of the state and the role of public administration, the legal foundations of procurement and legal interventions, as well as proper administrative management and personnel management. As a municipal administrative specialist, you will have many career opportunities in municipal and district administrations or local government offices and agencies.
This is a dual apprenticeship, which takes place at the municipal administration and at a vocational school. In addition, specialized instruction is provided in full-time courses by the Bavarian School of Public Administration at several locations in Bavaria.
