Job Description
The training to become an administrative officer prepares you for a wide variety of roles in public authorities. In human resources, an administrative officer handles promotions, transfers, and the approval of vacation requests. In administrative departments, you take on organizational tasks. If your area of work involves representing citizens' interests, you process applications, investigate existing facts, and make decisions based on applicable laws. Upon successful completion of the training, you can work in federal, state, and local government.
