- You have a secondary school leaving certificate or (specialized) university entrance qualification.
- You want to train to become a childcare worker or need an internship for the SEJ or recognition year.
- You are interested in training using the PiA procedure (practice-integrated training) and have a confirmed training place at one of the vocational academies for social pedagogy.
- You enjoy being around children and children like you
- You enjoy learning and are keen on teamwork.
- You have very good knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
DAILY MISSION
The profession of early childhood educator is diverse and demanding. Early childhood educators work with children at different stages of life in daycare centers, group homes, family centers, and other educational institutions, creating a safe and respectful environment where young people can develop freely. The focus is on building strong relationships: guiding, observing, supporting, and resolving conflicts. Through play, rituals, and project work, learning processes are initiated, independence is fostered, and social skills are developed.
Collaboration within the team, with parents, and with other professionals is a significant part of the work. Organization, documentation, and planning of learning activities are just as important as remaining flexible and responsive to diverse needs. Values such as respect, empathy, and tolerance guide daily practice.
