Job Description
As a retail sales associate, you are the primary point of contact for customers. You advise them directly, sell goods, and handle any complaints. Your responsibilities also include purchasing planning, ordering and receiving deliveries, checking their quality, and ensuring proper storage. In preparation for sales, you take care of product presentation and regularly restock the shelves. You price items and help make the sales area attractive to customers. Furthermore, you plan the product range and assist in the conception and implementation of sales promotion activities.
