Job Description

Healthcare administrators plan and organize administrative processes, business operations, and services within the healthcare sector. To do this, they apply social and healthcare regulations, inform and support clients and patients, and monitor market trends in the healthcare industry. They record patient data and bill health insurance companies and other payers for services. They also calculate prices and procure and manage materials and products. They develop marketing strategies and contribute to operational quality management. In addition, they perform general business tasks in finance, accounting, and human resources, such as preparing annual financial statements or compiling personnel statistics.
