Job Description
The profession of childcare worker is diverse and responsible. You accompany the little ones as they explore their environment, provide creative stimuli, and foster social and communicative skills. Observations are incorporated into individualized support programs, ensuring that each child's development is lovingly guided. As part of a team, you work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals. The goal is to meaningfully complement and support the educator team, to contribute independently and constructively, and to gently promote each child's development. Values such as openness, empathy, respect, patience, and humor shape daily interactions and make the work a fulfilling community experience. After completing your training as a childcare worker, you have the opportunity to pursue further training to become an educator.
