Job Description
Are you a compassionate person who enjoys helping those in need and doesn't shy away from emotionally challenging situations? If the atmosphere of a nursing home or hospital suits you, you're an ideal candidate for training as a nursing assistant. As a nursing assistant, you'll support elderly, ill, and injured individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, and eating. You'll be a trusted companion and a source of comfort for the people you care for.
With your trained eye, you'll recognize when your charges are feeling unwell and initiate the necessary measures. Basic health knowledge is essential for this, and you'll acquire it during your vocational training. You'll also learn about hygiene protocols, cleaning medical instruments, maintaining patient records, and performing minor medical procedures. As a qualified nursing assistant, you'll become a beacon of warmth and support for your patients in this often cold world.
At our young campus in Gauting, which opened in 2021, "being fully integrated into life" is our motto. Here, social facilities, a care complex with 84 places in a shared living model, day care, assisted living and a daycare center are combined and connect all generations with many opportunities for interaction.
