Expectations
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the fields of construction, agriculture, forestry or horticulture, as well as willingness to participate in a qualification program in road maintenance services.
- Driving licence category B and C/CE or willingness to obtain driving licence category C/CE at the employer's expense*

Job Description
The training to become a road maintenance worker is diverse and varied. For example, you'll inspect roads, guardrails, and bridges for damage, carry out repairs, and resurface them. You'll also be responsible for maintaining green spaces and ensuring our highways are clear in winter.
Taking the highway without a driver's license? Not with us! That's why we'll provide you with a Class B (car), C, and CE (truck with trailer) driver's license during your apprenticeship.

• You'll receive competitive compensation according to our company collective agreement:
Year 1: €1,218.26 / Year 2: €1,268.20 / Year 3: €1,314.02, plus an annual bonus and a completion bonus.
