- Inspection of goods, recording of errors and creation of error reports
- Examination of the accompanying documents, taking into account customs and dangerous goods regulations.
- which standards, dimensions, quantities and units of weight must be observed
- Storage of goods
- Handling of hazardous goods, dangerous substances, customs goods, perishable goods
- Selection of transport packaging and filling materials with regard to type of goods, mode of transport and cost-effectiveness
- Loading of the shipments
- Preservation of the quality and value of the goods
- Creation of loading lists and loading plans and processing of shipping and accompanying documents.
