DEINE MISSION
- As a student in a dual study program, you will complete an apprenticeship as an IT specialist specializing in application development (combined study program) during the lecture-free periods.
- You will begin your computer science studies at Munich University of Applied Sciences after the first year of training.
- You will complete your vocational training as an IT specialist (IHK examination) in the fifth semester of your studies.
- Afterwards, during the lecture-free periods, you will gain your first professional experience and independently develop software in a technical environment.
- You will write your bachelor's thesis at Rohde & Schwarz.
- You will complete your studies after the seventh semester (standard period of study) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
- The duration of the dual study program is 4.5 years.

Bits and Bytes - Dual Degree Program in Computer Science and Business Information Systems. Your dilemma: You enjoy immersing yourself in the fascinating world of IT. But programming exclusively isn't for you. You don't just want to be surrounded by bits and bytes, you also want to be surrounded by people and work in a business-oriented environment. A dual degree program in Computer Science and Business Information Systems combines both. In this profession, you move between modern IT and business know-how. For outsiders, programming languages are like incomprehensible runes. Business information technology specialists can read these and, thanks to their business knowledge, connect them with practical applications. They are also responsible for IT security as well as the introduction, expansion, and maintenance of software. If you discover during your practical phases that you enjoy dealing with customers, you can also work in sales within a company or as a consultant after graduation.
