You will work on the introduction and optimization of processes and systems that will future-proof our member service for over 22 million members.
Our goal is to revolutionize the insurance industry through the use of state-of-the-art technologies and data analytics.
You will assist in the analysis and preparation of complex data and create use cases for the development of a data strategy.
You are the interface between the development and implementation of machine learning models, thus laying the foundation for future optimizations.
You are involved in the development and prioritization of digital projects, analyzing and evaluating important strategic decisions with your methodological expertise.
The theoretical phases take place at the DHBW (Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University). You will experience the practical phases firsthand at the ADAC (German Automobile Club) headquarters in Munich.
You will develop professionally and personally through seminars on social and methodological skills, which will strengthen your abilities in everyday work.

You have your high school diploma or subject-specific university entrance qualification with good to very good grades in mathematics and computer science.
Prior experience through internships or projects in the technical-analytical field, or knowledge of programming languages and data analysis, is a plus.
