- Each of the six semesters is divided into a theoretical and a practical phase, each lasting three months. The Business Engineering specialization provides an ideal foundation for a future career as an in-house consultant.
- You can design your own practical placements in the MTU. The plan includes, for example:
- If you are drawn to the field of Human Resources, during your practical phases you will learn about our HR processes and already be involved in your own exciting digitalization projects.
- If your dream job is in IT project management, you can expect practical placements in the following teams: HR or Finance and Controlling, to learn about the processes of your future "clients" in internal consulting.
- Deployment in corporate IT, e.g. in the SAP competence team, IT project management, IT governance or with MTU-specific software solutions
- Deployment at one of MTU's locations abroad
Expectations
- Interest in the economic context of a publicly listed company
- Enjoyment of contributing to and further developing an internationally positioned corporation
- Willingness to solve problems as a team and to interact with many different customers and clients.
- General university entrance qualification or subject-specific university entrance qualification that corresponds to the field of study
- Prior practical experience in finance or human resources is desirable.
- Programming skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Openness to new ideas and requirements
- Good knowledge of English
