Your room holds more belongings than the rest of your apartment because you've stored everything not only in a space-saving way but also within easy reach. As a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), you're indispensable to companies with these strengths, because a well-organized warehouse is essential for productive work. When new goods arrive, they not only have to be unloaded quickly but also checked and stored. To ensure nothing gets lost, every item and its location are electronically recorded. When goods are sold, the process is reversed. You retrieve the goods from the shelf, assemble the shipment, and send it on its way. FACTS AND FIGURES ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP: We offer the apprenticeship in Alveslohe (near Hamburg). The apprenticeship lasts 2 years. Vocational school takes place in Norderstedt one to two days per week. In addition, there are regular in-house training sessions for further study and exam preparation. In addition to the training in Alveslohe, trainees spend at least three weeks at our headquarters in Vestenbergsgreuth.
