Industrial business management trainees (m/f/d) learn a wide range of commercial activities during their apprenticeship and gain comprehensive insights into the company's operations. This qualifies them to work in various departments after passing their exams. During their three-year apprenticeship, they rotate through our entire site, including the warehouse, laboratory, and production facilities, and spend an additional four weeks at our headquarters in Vestenbergsgreuth (Franconia) to gain experience in areas not covered locally. The final six months of the apprenticeship are spent with us, ideally in the department where they are expected to be hired later. FACTS AND FIGURES ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP: We offer the apprenticeship in Alveslohe (near Hamburg). The apprenticeship lasts three years. Vocational school takes place in Norderstedt. In addition, there is in-house training to familiarize trainees with our products and their applications. We support supplementary courses for exam preparation. Depending on the school's offerings, there is the possibility of a multi-week stay in England.
