Job Description
Real estate agents acquire, rent, manage, and sell real estate of all kinds. This can include, for example, land, houses of any size, apartments, commercial buildings, and office buildings. At the Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA), properties also include barracks, old bunkers, and even castles. On-site property inspections make the job varied. Furthermore, real estate agents are responsible for consultations, purchase and sales negotiations, and the development of financial plans. They must always be up-to-date on the real estate market and the relevant market segment and develop the right marketing strategies for their target group.
