As a real estate agent, you can turn your passion for houses and their residents into a lucrative career. You can't be shy in this profession. Because whether it's about new leases, dripping faucets, a vacant apartment, or conflicts among tenants – as a real estate agent, you're the first point of contact for all questions concerning the buildings you manage. No matter how annoyed the caller may be, you'll resolve their problem charmingly and skillfully. Of course, you won't always be stuck at your desk; you'll also travel directly to the property. If you're also comfortable drafting contracts and preparing utility bills, then this is the perfect apprenticeship for you.
