The Civil Service Trainee Program (Level 3) in the Administrative and Financial Career Path offers you not only job security but also the opportunity to actively use your professional expertise for the benefit of your fellow citizens. This program trains you to be a qualified liaison between politics and the public. Whether as a case worker or in a management position, at the town hall or the district office, processing applications, creating and maintaining files, and answering a wide range of, sometimes highly complex, citizen inquiries are just some of the exciting tasks in this diverse and responsible field.
