Brewer and maltster training
(m/f/d)Job Description
Cheers to beer – Apprenticeship as a brewer and maltster
A beer in a glass isn't enough for you. You want to delve deeper into the world of hops and barley! An apprenticeship as a brewer and maltster will turn you into a true beer specialist. Before you can enjoy that after-work beer, however, there are numerous tasks to complete in a brewery. First, you need to procure the right raw materials of high quality. Then, using state-of-the-art machinery, you brew and bottle beer according to the recipe. To ensure everything runs smoothly, during your apprenticeship you'll not only be responsible for the final product, but also for the maintenance and cleaning of the machinery. Brewers and maltsters don't just produce alcoholic beer, though. The production of non-alcoholic beer and various other beverages can also be on your list of responsibilities as a brewer and maltster.
