Electronics technicians for industrial systems are responsible for the smooth operation of electronic systems. This primarily includes the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. If you choose to train as an electronics technician for industrial systems, you will also learn a great deal about various production and process systems, as well as switching and control systems and communication and lighting technology. You will regularly inspect and, if necessary, repair the electronic systems in your company. During your apprenticeship, you will learn everything you need: circuit diagrams, various tools, and electronic components are all part of your daily work. As an electronics technician for industrial systems, you will also be responsible for supervising the work of service providers and installers, handing over completed systems to customers, and training future users on the systems.
