In your apprenticeship, you'll acquire the practical skills to create culinary works of art based on your own ideas or customer requests. The necessary theoretical knowledge, such as ingredient composition and customer consultation, will be taught at vocational school. As a pastry chef, you'll have a job that brings joy.
