Do you love animals, plants, and agriculture? Have you dreamed of driving a tractor since you were a child? Then become a farmer! As a farmer, you provide the world with food and thus have a relevant and responsible job for society. In animal husbandry, you are responsible for the care and management of the animals. In the fields, you cultivate the soil, grow crops to feed humanity, and harvest them. Your daily tools of the trade are highly sophisticated machines and equipment, which you monitor, operate, and maintain. As you can see, the profession of farmer is varied and diverse. You work outdoors in barns, sheds, and fields, regardless of the weather. You only go to the office for administrative tasks.
