When you hear "heavy metal," do you think of metal, not music? Do you dream of conquering even the toughest metal? Then become a metalworker specializing in structural engineering! As a metalworker specializing in structural engineering, you'll make sparks fly with the welding torch and create true metal masterpieces. Whether it's fulfilling individual customer requests, building window frames, pipes, or security grilles, you'll be responsible for your work. You'll also ensure your customers' safety by installing and assembling security systems and locking mechanisms on-site. Your other skills as a metalworker specializing in structural engineering include riveting and bolting metal parts, as well as maintaining and repairing your work. This makes you a true all-rounder! In this profession, you'll work in workshops, factories, or on construction sites. You can also work on-site throughout Germany and even internationally, allowing you to see the world.
