Your work location: human resources companies, corporate HR departments, or recruitment agencies. Your weapons: knowledge of open positions and available applicants. To find suitable candidates, you advertise positions and ensure they are read online or in newspapers. You select the right candidates from the applications received. Once the position is filled, you ensure that the applicant becomes an employee by preparing the hiring documents. To ensure everything runs smoothly, you always keep an eye on the current labor market, labor law, and health and safety regulations.
