Thanks to its perfect combination of theory and practice, this training program will turn you into a railway professional in just a few months. While the classroom content polishes your general knowledge, you'll get straight to practical work. Together with your colleagues, you'll inspect the rail network and carry out maintenance work. You'll also be involved in construction projects. Your varied tasks include, for example, practical work directly on the track bed, rails, or switches. You'll be supported not only by your colleagues but also by state-of-the-art machinery.

Training Content

  • Your tasks will include supporting our construction crews in the track area.
  • You will learn how the German Rail network is inspected and maintained.
  • Replacing damaged tracks and switches, as well as renewing the track bed, are also part of this.
  • You will be taught how to work with different building materials and state-of-the-art machinery.

  • Your German language skills correspond to at least language level B1.
