During your apprenticeship, you'll learn about interesting business aspects, discover everything about service equipment in vehicles, and be trained to handle customers effectively. This includes topics like conflict management, foreign languages, and the proper etiquette for assisting special needs groups. As a transport service specialist, you'll be the heart and soul of railway operations, ferries, or other transport facilities. You'll provide friendly information of all kinds and be there for passengers with a service-oriented approach. You can also work in administration or security. Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you'll confidently defuse difficult situations, such as those involving agitated or unruly passengers.
