At vocational school, you'll learn the theoretical foundations for your job, which you'll then apply practically at your training company. You'll assemble and install systems, program the control and regulation devices, and then be responsible for maintenance. Your workplaces will include workshops, construction sites, or directly at customer locations, such as in the catering industry, agriculture, laboratories, operating rooms, or server rooms. Your expertise is also in demand for refrigerated vehicles and cargo ships.
